Prototype Tooling

The use of prototype tooling enables verification of part feasibility and complete assembly in the early stages of product development. LAE Technologies supplies both prototype tools and soft tools in order to meet customer design and product availability in the early manufacturing stages. Soft Tools are used for preliminary low volume production (up to 1000 pieces) with high geometrical quality output. The next step is to proceed to production tooling.   LAE Technologies offers domestic tooling as well as superior Far-East capabilities offering 20-30% cost savings. 2-8 week delivery is typical.
